Organic Traffic

Website visitors who arrive through unpaid search engine results.

What is Organic Traffic?

Organic traffic comes from people clicking on your site in search results without you paying for the click. This contrasts with paid traffic (PPC ads), direct traffic (typing your URL), or referral traffic (clicking links on other sites). Building organic traffic through SEO is valuable because it's 'free' and sustainable long-term.

Example

When someone searches 'best pizza recipes' and clicks on your food blog in Google's regular results (not the ads), that's organic traffic.
